PT6004 is a multi-parameter oil well flowmeter that integrates differential pressure, pressure, temperature, flow and water content calculation. Its multi-function monitoring parameters greatly improve its application field. It adopts a cylindrical structure, which can achieve hard sealing connection, greatly reduce the influence of diaphragm stress, and improve its service life and ability to be used in complex field monitoring environments.

Water content measurement is to analyze and compare the changes in signal frequency, phase, and power through the transmission characteristics of radio frequency signals in different media (including mixed media), and then after signal conversion and amplification processing, finally through a unique mathematical model processing, the water content in the medium can be measured.

The pressure or differential pressure introduced from the outside will cause the sensor to change, and the analog signal is converted into a digital signal, which is sent to the microprocessor as a digital signal. After the microprocessor calculates, it is converted into RS485/RS422 analog output. At the same time, the microprocessor is responsible for interactive operations (display and setting), and the communication interface is used for digital communication.
