Glass Micro-melt Pressure Transmitter

Model:PT124B-211

PT124B-211 micro-melting pressure transmitter adopts micro-melting technology, introduces aviation application technology, and uses high-temperature glass to melt the micro-machined silicon varistor strain gauge on the stainless steel isolation diaphragm. The glass bonding process avoids the influence of temperature, humidity, mechanical fatigue and medium on glue and materials, thereby improving the long-term stability of the sensor in the industrial environment, and also avoids the P-N junction effect phenomenon that occurs in the traditional micro-machining manufacturing process of the sensor. The higher the pressure range (up to 600MPa), the higher the accuracy.
